We are currently looking for a Safety Engineer for our Building Project in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. Looking for candidates with 6+ years of experience working with Underground Metro.
Please refer to below role details:
Qualification:
- Diploma in Engineering / Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety from a recognized university
- 3+ Years of experience managing Site Safety for buildings
Objective:
- Implementation of TPL/Govt. Safety Regulations and improve safety performance of the Factory site.
Responsibilities:
- Attend toolbox talk/field safety briefings and assembly points to ensure implementation of site safety plan.
- Carry out safety inspection to insure hazard free environment.
- Verification of tools and equipment to ensure availability and safe conditions.
- Promote safe practice at site via dialogue/ orientation program/ visual arts and audit findings.
- Maintain all HSE records of accident, near misses and dangerous occurrences and provide analytical information to project safety leads.
- Investigation of all accidents, near misses and unsafe acts.
- Oversee installation, maintenance and disposal of substance etc.
- Ensure safety is being followed by employees and subcontractors.
- Manage Safety Supervisors
