Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Machine Maintenance
- He has to Know about Mechanical components and its functioning, He has to attend the break Downs individually .
Preventive and predictive Maintenance
- To be attend preventive and predictive maintenance activities individually and has to maintain the preventive and predictive maintenance records.
Safety & House keeping
- He has to know the emergency prepaidness plan, and usage of PPE and know about Fire Fighting Equipment.
Training
- He has to develop the subordinates and guide them continuously.
Handling Shifts
- He has to lead the shift.
Hydraulics & Pneumatic Circuits
- He has to address the problem with hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and has to motivate the juniors to address the related issues.
Safety & Environment
- Describe no. of accidents reported during the month.
- Investigation and cause of accident for preventive action.
- Strategies and plannings to avoid recurrences.
- New Safety practices & employees involvement.
Cost Saving & Innovative
- Describe details of Innovative and new modifications in the process & production together with increase in quantum of Production, resources and total cost saving.
- Quantify other direct & indirect savings to the management including Manpower.
