•E8K initiatives SPOC - Implementation & review mechanism
•SPOC – Compass / DST – Control Tower
•Analytics to strategic initiatives/Logistics automation
•Logistics convergence on important processes with SOP finalization (Like Dealers as transporters, FSB. FPX) 
•Analytics support for any HO, regional sales, Mfg, Logistics queries and resolution
•Depot Network Modelling, CFA strategy -Business Case | automation w.r.t E8K & D22
•Lead Secondary Network wrt E8K initiatives with Cluster head/ secondary team
•Drive CFA & Blending Cost Efficiency
•CFA partners evaluation & Cost Efficiency
•Customer Connect improvement programs
•Dealer/ CFA survey program
•Customer Feedback Review - End to End
