Job Description

We are looking for a Management trainee who will be part of our growing team. The incumbent will be sourcing and attracting candidates for interviewing and hiring great employees.

JOB PURPOSE

• He/She will be identifying the best mix of resources to source top talent using social media, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY

• Communicate with business managers to clarify requirements and overcome obstacles to meet the organization goals

• Need to ensure continuous pipeline creation for our various open positions

• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience

• Negotiate with the candidates on salaries and convince them on early joining

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 0-1 year overall experience in Talent Acquisition with IT company or search firm, freshers are also welcome.
• Experience in working with online application tracking systems will be added advantage
EDUCATION
• Minimum education: Graduate
• Languages: Excellent English written & spoken.

The role is working from home till December 2021 and later from our office locations. We have presence in Mumbai, Chennai, Pune and Bangalore.
