Job Description:

As an Application Support Engineer of our cloud-based platforms, you are the face of Technology for the organization and are responsible for diagnosing application issues, conducting root cause analysis, documenting resolutions, communicating issue and resolution details across a global organization, and helping ensure continuous application quality improvement, as a part of our global application support team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Cloud Application Support for SHL Assessment Platform applications, with specific responsibility for the APAC region.

• Document bugs, improvements, enhancements within an Agile software development methodology.

• Support application deployments across multiple cloud-based applications.

• Provide resolutions by facilitating quick resolutions and by proactively identifying and solving problems with existing systems or processes.

• Act as a liaison between the Technology group and stakeholders across the organization.

• Collaborate with Development, QA, Commercial, Client-Support, and leadership teams to support, automate, and streamline processes.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication skills are a must.

• 0-4 years of Experience in application support, including Operations, Release Management, IT, and Development.

• Experience with relational databases like MSSQL.

• Ability to handle multiple work streams and tasks simultaneously.

Must be familiar with browser debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools/Firebug.
