LENSKART Hiring For Field Sales || Refractionist

Dear Candidate,

Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.

Establish customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve providing technical descriptions of products

Develop and update knowledge of their own products and the products of their competitors

Salary: - Upto 3 Lacs + Incentives.

Personal attributes & competencies

Minimum qualification:Graduates.

• Maximum Age : 30 Years.
• Ability to build rapport and trusting relationships
• Ability to understand unstated needs of the customer and offer solutions
• Clear communication and active listening skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environment and openness to learn
• Proactive task ownership, result-orientation, and customer-orientation
• Ability to multitask and organize activities based on priority

Job Specifications:

• On Roll Job with Lenskart.
• Customer Appointment will be provided by the company to do Eye Check up
• 1Month Eye Check up training provided
• No Cold calling required
• Fixed Daily Petrol Allowance on every customer visit.
• Excellent incentive Plan & Fixed Salary
• Medical Facility provided by the company

• Two Wheeler and valid DL is compulsory
