HCL HIRING TECHNICAL VOICE SUPPORT – OIL AND GAS

Roles and Responsibilities

Technical Voice Opening for Oil & Gas Industries

• Good Language (Speak & Write) Proficiency,

• Good Customer Service Skills, Empathy, Listening skills

• Good comprehension & explanation skills

• Provide technical information lubricant and fuels products, e.g. product claims, approvals, etc.

• Provide technical information on the application Fuel & Lubes products

• Participate in testing and implementation of new upgrades / functionality / equipment, administrative and reporting tasks

• Provide information on the Used Oil Analysis (Signum) system and similar systems.

• Working knowledge of software packages as MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. CRM and MS Access knowledge are desired features of the incumbent.

• Contribute to tools development.

• Maintain a strong working relationship with the co-located Engineers and Field Engineers/Sales.

• Record all calls and other communications with customers, distributors and inter-department personnel.
