Graduation from a government-recognized university or Institution
Preferred qualification: MBA (Banking / Finance / Marketing)
Preferred Certifications: NISM V-A, NISM XXI-A, CFP, CFA
Only Indian Citizens are eligible
Teaching & training experience will not be counted
Suppression of facts or false information will lead to disqualification

AVP Wealth (RM): 23–35 Years
Customer Relationship Executive: 20–35 Years
Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India norms

💰 Salary / Contract Period

VP Wealth (SRM): CTC up to ₹44.70 Lakhs
AVP Wealth (RM): CTC up to ₹30.20 Lakhs
Customer Relationship Executive: CTC up to ₹6.20 Lakhs
Contract Period: 5 Years (Renewable for another 4 years)
