🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Director (Administration):
- Graduate with MBA in HR or equivalent from a recognised institute
- Minimum 10 years experience in HR/Industrial Relations
- Preference to candidates with experience in handling legal matters
Executive (Legal):
- LLB from a recognized university
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience as on 01-01-2026
- Preferable knowledge of Cyber Law
Executive (Technical):
- Engineering Graduate from a recognised institute
- Minimum 5 years experience in academic or industrial field
- Sound knowledge of computers
- Higher academic achievements/technical authorship is desirable
🎂 Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026)
- Assistant Director (Administration): Below 45 Years (3 years relaxation for deserving candidates)
- Executive (Legal): No age bar
- Executive (Technical): Below 40 Years (3 years relaxation for deserving candidates)
💰 Salary / Tenure
- Assistant Director (Administration): ₹83,000/month + 3% annual increment (Tenure: 5 Years)
- Executive (Legal): ₹70,000/month + 3% annual increment (Contract: 2 Years)
- Executive (Technical): ₹70,000/month + 3% annual increment (Tenure: 3–5 Years)
