Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc./BCA/BCS) in Engineering/Computer Science / IT / Electronics from a recognized university.
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, with at least a 1-year certificate course in Computer/Hardware & Networking from a reputed institute.
- Professional CCNA certification is mandatory for candidates without an IT/CS degree.
- Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Networking skills, including configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Professional CCNA certification.
- Knowledge of IT support tools and basic server maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and IT infrastructure at TMC.
- Monitor and maintain network performance and security.
- Provide technical support to staff and faculty on hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and networking devices.
- Ensure smooth operation of all IT-related services in the center.
- Assist in implementing IT policies and upgrades as per institutional requirements.
