Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate Apprentice: Graduate in any stream (BE, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, BCA, etc.) from a recognized University/Institute.
- Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA): Passed 10th Class under the 10+2 system and holds a COPA Trade Certificate from NCVT.
- Age Limit: Minimum 14 years. Candidates aged 14–18 years must have guardian consent to sign an apprenticeship contract.
Stipend/Salary
Stipend per month will be as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 & Apprenticeship Rules, 1992.
Application Fee
- Rs. 100/- (NEFT mode only)
- Physically handicapped candidates are exempted from fees.
Required Skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
- Knowledge of programming and networking (for COPA posts).
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and technical operations at Mumbai Port Authority.
- Work under supervision to learn practical skills in the respective trade or graduate from an apprenticeship program.
- Maintain records and submit reports as per the Apprenticeship training guidelines.
- Attend training sessions and workshops organized by MbPA or the NATS portal.
- Follow safety and operational protocols during training.
Selection Process
Selection for Graduate Apprentices is based on merit percentage in the degree examination. Preference is given to wards of MbPA employees. Merit list will be displayed on the ATC office notice board and on the Mumbai Port Authority website. Selected candidates must undergo document verification and medical examination.

3. Fill out the form completely and submit it offline by hand or post it to ATC, Bhandar Bhavan, 3rd floor, N. V. Nakhwa Marg, Mazgaon (East), Mumbai – 400010 along with the required documents and fee before 10 November 2025.
