- First Class B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology or MCA from a recognized university or institute.
- First Class Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology from a recognized institute.
- First Class M.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology from a recognized university or institute.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (as per rules). Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
