🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- General: Master’s Degree/PG Diploma (min 2 years) in any discipline OR Bachelor’s Degree in Law/Engineering OR CA/CFA/CS/Cost Accountant.
- Legal: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University/Institute.
- Information Technology: B.E./B.Tech in any branch OR Bachelor’s in any discipline with a PG qualification (min 2 years) in Computer Science/IT.
- Research: Master’s Degree/PG Diploma (min 2 years) in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Official Language: Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation with English as a subject at the Bachelor’s level, or equivalent qualification.
- Engineering (Electrical/Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in the respective Engineering discipline.
📆 Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 30 years (as on 30-09-2025)
- Candidate must have been born on or after 01-10-1995.
- Age Relaxation: OBC – 3 years | SC/ST – 5 years | PwBD – 10 years
💰 Pay & Benefits
The pay scale of a SEBI Officer Grade A is ₹62,500 – ₹126,100. Gross emoluments at Mumbai (approx.):
- ₹184,000 per month (without accommodation)
- ₹143,000 per month (with accommodation)
💵 Application Fee
- UR / OBC / EWS: ₹1,000 + 18% GST
- SC / ST / PwBD: ₹100 + 18% GST

- Phase I: Online examination with two papers (objective type).
- Phase II: Online examination with two papers for shortlisted candidates.
- Phase III: Interview for candidates qualified in Phase II.
