🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 10th Pass: Fireman, Cook, Tradesman Mate, Washerman, Machinist (Skilled)
- 12th Pass: Storekeeper, LDC
- 10+2 with ITI Certificate: Electrician, Telecom Mechanic, Welder, Vehicle Mechanic, Fitter, Tin & Copper Smith, Engineering Equipment Mechanic
- Ex-servicemen of the respective trade are also eligible for certain posts.
📆 Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC – 3 yrs, PwBD – 10 yrs (15 yrs SC/ST, 13 yrs OBC)
📝 Selection Process
- Written Test (Offline, OMR-based, 150 marks, objective type, negative marking 0.25 per wrong answer)
- Skill Test & Physical Test (where applicable)
- Final selection based on merit in written test and qualifying skill/physical test
- No re-evaluation/rechecking; appointing authority's decision is final
✉️ How to Apply (Offline)
- Download the application format from indianarmy.nic.in.
- Fill out the application on A4-size paper, typewritten.
- Attach a self-addressed envelope (10.5 cm x 25 cm) with a Rs. 5/- postal stamp.
- Superscribe “Application for the Post of [Post Name]” on top of the envelope.
- Mention a valid email ID and Aadhaar-linked phone number.
- Send via ordinary post to the address mentioned against the post.
- Deadline: 21 days from Employment News publication (28 days for specified regions)
