📌 Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company services.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant product/service information.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and update databases.
- Follow up with customers to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.
- Meet daily and monthly targets set by management.
- Build long-term customer relationships to support company growth.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate/12th-pass candidate can apply.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Comfortable working full-time in the office (Alipore, Kolkata).
