📌 Job Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment or systems at client sites.
- Provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction after service.
- Identify potential sales opportunities during client visits and report leads to the sales team.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth service and lead follow-ups.
- Educate customers about upgrades, add-ons, or new product offerings.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields).
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in field service, maintenance, or a related technical role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude with problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally to client sites.
