💼 Job Overview – Manufacturing Solutions Analyst
- 🧑💻 Job Role: Manufacturing Solutions Analyst (ERP Analyst)
- 📍 Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal
- 📑 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- 💰 Salary: ₹500,000–₹800,000 per year (based on experience)
- ⏰ Shift: 11 AM – 8 PM / 2 PM – 11:30 PM
- 🏢 Mode: In-person (relocation required)
📌 Job Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing business processes and design ERP-based solutions.
- Support ERP implementation on platforms such as Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, Dynamics AX, Odoo, Infor, etc.
- Engage with C-level executives and project teams to deliver customized ERP solutions.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Work across discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment phases of ERP projects.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to enhance collective learning.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies, integrations, and consulting practices.
- Represent Paapri at events, user groups, and community organizations.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related fields (Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering preferred).
- At least 3 years of ERP experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Oracle, NetSuite, Syspro, Plex, Acumatica, Epicor, or similar.
- Junior to mid-level management experience in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or Technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics AX, Epicor, Odoo, etc.).
- Business analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into ERP solutions.

- Proficiency in consulting practices and solution delivery lifecycle.
- Leadership qualities to manage client interactions independently.

💰 Salary Details
Annual Salary: ₹500,000 – ₹800,000 (based on experience & expertise).
