💼 Job Overview – Inside Sales Executive (Telecalling)
- 🧑💻 Job Role: Inside Sales Executive (Telecalling)
- 📍 Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal
- 📑 Work Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
- 🕚 Office Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- 📅 Weekly Off: Monday (6-day workweek)
- 🏢 Industry: E-commerce / Premium Retail (Gemstones & Sacred Wearables)
📌 Job Responsibilities
- Consultative Telecalling: Connect with inbound leads and recommend suitable gemstones or sacred wearables.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop rapport and explain the authenticity and spiritual benefits of products.
- Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and achieve/exceed monthly & quarterly targets.
- Product Knowledge & Guidance: Understand gemstones, sacred wearables, and their properties.
- CRM & Follow-Up: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and orders; follow up with prospects.
- High-Value Conversations: Guide premium customers confidently through high-value purchases.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Telecalling (mandatory).
- Team lead experience in sales is an added advantage.
- Fluency in Hindi & English (both spoken and written).
- Personal laptop required (or willingness to rent one).
- Comfortable working a 6-day office schedule with Monday off.

💰 Salary Details
Fixed Salary: Up to ₹33,333/month (~₹400,000 per annum)
Variable Incentives: Up to ₹400,000 per annum (Performance-based)
Total Package: Up to ₹800,000 per annum
