- 🧑💻 Job Role: Liaisoning Officer
- 📍 Location: Howrah, West Bengal
- 💰 Salary: ₹13,507.46 – ₹59,970.02 per month
- 📑 Job Type: Full-Time
- 🏢 Work Environment: On-site with field travel as required
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with government departments, electricity boards, local municipalities, and regulatory agencies for project approvals and permits.
- Obtain clearances for HT/LT connections, safety inspections, and electrical installations.
- Ensure timely submission of documentation to meet statutory requirements.
- Maintain updated records of licenses, permits, and official correspondence.
- Represent the company during inspections, audits, and follow-ups with authorities.
- Coordinate internally with project and design teams to align with regulatory requirements.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with government and utility stakeholders.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (engineering background preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in liaisoning within the electrical or infrastructure sector.
- Knowledge of government processes, regulatory approval systems, and electrical project compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and handling official documentation.
- Willingness to travel for project-related and regulatory activities.
- Knowledge of local language(s) in the region of work is preferred.
🛠 Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Negotiation skills for approvals and clearances.
- Understanding of DISCOMs and electrical inspections.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Documentation, reporting, and record-keeping expertise.
- Knowledge of HT/LT electrical project compliance is an advantage.
💰 Salary Details
