- 📍 Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
- 📑 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- 💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- ⏱ Experience: 2–4 years in industrial/capital equipment sales
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients across the region.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base for capital equipment and value-selling solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Manage client inquiries, proposals, and negotiations to close sales successfully.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.
- Regular traveling to client locations for meetings, follow-ups, and site visits.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualification
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical preferred).
- 2–4 years of proven experience in industrial/capital equipment sales.
- Valid Two-Wheeler license is mandatory (travel required).
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.

- Sales and business development in the industrial/capital equipment sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of compressed air, water, steam, or fire systems (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
- Result-oriented mindset with negotiation and closing skills.
