- 🧑💻 Job Role: Quality Inspection Engineer
- 📍 Location: Dhulagori, Howrah, West Bengal
- 📑 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- 💰 Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹29,000 per month

📌 Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming materials and purchased components against quality standards.
- Conduct in-process inspections during fabrication, machining, and assembly.
- Perform final quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and functional requirements.
- Coordinate inspections with third-party vendors or suppliers for compliance.
- Log and report non-conformance issues; initiate corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection checklists, quality reports, calibration logs, and rejection notes.
- Ensure calibration and proper management of inspection tools and instruments.
- Follow safety standards and regulatory compliance at all times.
- Vendor follow-up and development of new vendors for fabrication and machinery items.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Production, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of welding, machining, and fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 / QA standards and quality tools (5 Why, CAPA).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T standards.
- Basic MS Office skills for documentation and reporting.
🛠 Required Skills
- Proficiency in welding inspection, quality assurance, and mechanical part verification.
- Experience with measurement tools such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Detail-oriented with strong observation and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of material specifications including MS, SS, Aluminum, etc.
- Process-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or in teams.
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹29,000
