📌 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing by collating attendance, leave, and overtime data.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, trainings, and events.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational HR requirements.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and presentations for management.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or back-office roles (Freshers with internships may apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
