- 🧑💻 Job Role: Junior Interior Designer
- 📍 Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal
- 📑 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Fresher

📌 Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their design preferences, space requirements, and budgets.
- Provide expert consultation on furniture layout, style, material selection, and finishes to balance aesthetics with functionality.
- Create detailed custom design proposals using design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3Ds Max, and deliver engaging presentations.
- Develop designs aligned with client interior themes, incorporating color palettes, accessories, and finishes.
- Guide clients through the purchasing process, explaining design details, material choices, and pricing structures.
- Conduct site visits to assess space constraints, take measurements, and ensure accuracy of designs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to curate campaigns and displays that highlight key products and design trends.
- Work with production teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-efficient, and aligned with manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and finishes, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to design specifications.
- Create accurate technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models including elevations and detailed views.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and production requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation including Bills of Materials (BOM), specifications, and drawings for all projects.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and market research to enhance client offerings.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture (preferred).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
- Strong academic knowledge in design concepts and technical drawing.
🛠 Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar software.
- Knowledge of technical drawings, material specifications, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong conceptual design skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Good understanding of BoQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost implications of design decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency.
