Job Overview

  • Wipro is currently hiring Senior Customer Support Executives for its Salt Lake and Kolkata branches. The role involves international voice and chat process support, where employees will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Support Executive at Wipro, your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Handling International Calls & Chats – Assist global customers through phone, email, or live chat.
  • Resolving Queries—Provide technical and non-technical solutions with clarity and patience.
  • Customer Service Excellence—Ensure customer satisfaction by following company standards.
  • Problem Escalation – Transfer unresolved issues to higher support teams when necessary.
  • Documentation—Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meeting Targets—Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly service-level goals.
  • Shift Flexibility—Work in rotational shifts to serve international time zones.
  • Team Collaboration – Work with colleagues, trainers, and managers to continuously improve performance.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
    • Bachelor’s Degree in any stream preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1 year in customer support / BPO / technical support preferred.
    • Freshers with excellent English skills are also welcome.
  • Age Limit: 18–35 years (approx.).
  • Location: Must be willing to work from Salt Lake or Kolkata.
  • Language Requirement: Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Required Skills

  • The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Strong customer handling & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, live chat, and ticketing systems (preferred).
