Job Responsibilities
- As a Customer Support Executive at Wipro, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Handling International Calls & Chats – Assist global customers through phone, email, or live chat.
- Resolving Queries—Provide technical and non-technical solutions with clarity and patience.

- Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in customer support / BPO / technical support preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English skills are also welcome.
- Age Limit: 18–35 years (approx.).
- Location: Must be willing to work from Salt Lake or Kolkata.
- Language Requirement: Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
