Job Responsibilities
- As a Maintenance Engineer at Matrix Robotics, your core responsibilities will include:
- Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and electrical equipment.
- Conducting preventative maintenance and regular inspections to avoid downtime.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues.
- Reading and interpreting operation manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints.
- Preparing schedules for inspection, servicing, and testing of equipment.
- Performing repairs and replacing defective parts when necessary.
- Using and maintaining hand tools, power tools, and advanced equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Carrying out building maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Maintaining detailed maintenance records and reports.
- Ensuring the workspace is organized, safe, and efficient.
- Collaborating with other engineers and technicians for smooth project execution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Required).
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical) preferred.
- 12th Pass with strong technical knowledge can also apply.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Trade or vocational training in maintenance will be an added advantage.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of maintenance operations.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and industrial safety protocols.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and computer-based diagnostic software.
- Skills:
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Strong computer and reporting skills.
- Physical dexterity and stamina to handle machinery.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
