- Salary: ₹14,583 – ₹39,583 per month + Incentives up to ₹20,000
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in international outbound calling (USA preferred)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, not mandatory)
- Languages Required: Fluent English (spoken & written)
- Age Limit: 18–33 years

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
- Follow a structured script to generate and qualify leads.
- Record customer details and call outcomes in CRM software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Handle rejections with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in international outbound call centers (USA campaign preferred).
- Age Limit: 18–33 years.
- Languages Required: Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Other Skills:
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work night shifts.
Required Skills
- Telemarketing Expertise—Strong background in outbound calling, preferably with USA campaigns.
- Sales Skills – Ability to pitch products/services effectively and convince potential customers.
- Outbound Voice Process Knowledge – Hands-on experience in handling international voice processes.
- Excellent Communication (English)—Fluency in spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation and confidence.
- Interpersonal & Persuasion Skills—Ability to handle objections and rejections and convert leads into opportunities.
- CRM & Computer Knowledge – Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
- Target-Oriented Mindset—Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily/weekly/monthly performance goals
- Positive Attitude & Professionalism—Ability to remain motivated and professional even during challenging conversations.
- Team Collaboration—Willingness to work with the sales team and contribute to overall lead generation goals.
- Time Management—Strong discipline to manage night shifts (8:00 PM–5:00 AM IST) effectively.
Salary
- Base Salary: ₹14,583 – ₹39,583 per month
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 extra every month
- Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹60,000 per month (Salary + Incentives)
