- Experience Required: 2–5 years in Quality/Inspection (Manufacturing preferred)
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Required)
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products.
- Read and interpret technical/engineering drawings for dimensional accuracy.
- Monitor machining, assembly, and testing processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring quality issues.
- Maintain detailed inspection records and support internal & external audits.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve quality challenges.
- Ensure products meet national and international quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (mandatory). Graduation in Science may be considered.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Sales / Technical Support in HVAC, Consumer Durables, or a related field.
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems & consumer durable products
- Proven sales & business development ability
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Problem-solving & customer-focused approach
- Willingness to travel for client visits
Required Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of machining processes & measuring instruments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems.
- Strong technical drawing interpretation skills.
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis expertise.
Additional Skills
- Strong communication & documentation abilities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
Salary
- Pay Range: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month
