Job Responsibilities
- Maintain strong connections with marketing counterparts and industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate deals with customers to maximize sales revenue.
- Identify new market trends and opportunities for product expansion.
- Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales of PVC, PP, HDPE, LLDPE, and auxiliary polymers.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the operations head.
- Provide detailed insights on customer requirements, product demand, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
- Languages
- Hindi (Required)
- English (Required)
- Experience
- Prior experience in polymer/plastic sales and marketing is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Negotiation.
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of polymers, plastics, and rubber items such as
- PP, PE, PVC, HDPE, LLDPE
- Carbon Black, EVA, EPDM, Stearic Acid
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems or well-known consumer durable brands
- Familiarity with CRM tools & sales software
- Knowledge of energy-efficient and eco-friendly solutions
Salary
- Pay Range: ₹20,000–₹50,000 per month
- Based on experience, product knowledge, and performance.
