Job Overview
M&MP Business Solutions is urgently hiring Tele Calling Executives for its Alipore, Kolkata office. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. The role offers a competitive salary package ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹45,000 per month along with benefits such as commuter assistance and free food facilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers and introducing company services.
- Handling customer queries and providing relevant product/service information.
- Maintaining proper records of client interactions and updating databases.
- Following up with customers to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Meeting daily and monthly targets set by the management.
- Building long-term customer relationships to support the company’s growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any graduate / 12th-pass candidate can apply.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Candidates must be comfortable working full-time in the office (Alipore, Kolkata).
