Job Overview
Prime Services Pvt Ltd is urgently hiring Customer Service & Telesales Executives for its Salt Lake office in Kolkata. This is a full-time, permanent role where candidates will be responsible for outbound calling, customer engagement, telesales, and customer support. With a salary package of ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month, this position provides a stable income, Provident Fund benefits, and growth opportunities in the customer service domain. Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for telesales, support, and service follow-ups.
- Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide effective communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali for a smooth customer experience.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable services/products.
- Generate leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and work on conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and data entry.
- Work in compliance with company rules, quality assurance standards, and policies.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate.

- Must have good fluency in Hindi, English, and Bengali (all mandatory).
- Should be available for full-time, office-based work in Salt Lake or Kolkata.
