Job Overview
Ntactus Financial Services Pvt Ltd is looking for dynamic, energetic, and ambitious candidates to join their team as Sales & Marketing Executives in New Town, Kolkata. This is a full-time, permanent role open to both freshers and experienced professionals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and financial product marketing.
The role offers a salary range of ₹12,372–₹28,983 per month, with performance-based incentives. Selected candidates will be working on loan product promotions, lead generation, customer relationship management, and field sales activities. Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell retail loan products to individual and business customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with a client-focused approach.
- Conduct customer profiling, eligibility checks, and KYC/documentation assistance.
- Work closely with the credit and operations team for timely loan disbursement.
- Handle customer queries and provide proactive solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and submit performance reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and new financial products.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in loan sales, BFSI, or financial product marketing will have an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, data entry).
- Comfortable with fieldwork and direct customer interaction.
