Job Overview
Tech Mahindra is conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive in New Town, Kolkata, for the role of Associate Customer Support. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who want to start or build a career in customer service and technical support.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through calls, chats, and emails.
- Handle queries related to products, services, or technical issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints while maintaining quality standards.
- Document and update customer interaction records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues.
- Work in a rotational shift environment (24/7).
- Deliver excellent customer experience through clear communication and professionalism.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: UG / Graduate / Postgraduate (Candidates awaiting results can also apply).
- Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of technical support or customer service is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift setup.
- Candidates must carry valid ID proof and an updated resume for the walk-in.
