Job Overview
Dana India Pvt Ltd is urgently hiring freshers for its NAPS Apprenticeship Program in the Production Department. The company is looking for enthusiastic Diploma and B.Tech/BE candidates in Mechanical, Automobile, and Electrical streams. This role offers freshers a chance to start their careers in the automotive sector, working in a highly professional and structured training program.
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting in production processes within the automotive manufacturing line.
- Ensuring smooth workflow and supporting senior engineers in day-to-day operations.
- Maintaining quality checks and adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for process improvements.
- Preparing reports and documenting learning progress as part of the apprenticeship.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or ETC / BE / B.Tech Mechanical.
- Age: 20 to 25 years.
- Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply.
- Passing years: 2020–2025.
- Candidates must have good academic records with no backlogs.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of automotive production and assembly processes.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Good communication and adaptability.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the automobile manufacturing industry.
Salary
- Gross Payment: ₹19,735 per month.
- DBT Allowance: ₹1,500.
- In-hand Stipend: ₹19,035 + ₹1,500 DBT.
