Job Responsibilities
- guidance with managerial responsibilities.
- Leading and supervising a team of art teachers in curriculum planning, project execution, and student development.
- Delegating tasks and monitoring the daily work of the team.
- Managing academic and operational timelines of the studio.
- Conducting high-quality admission counseling and ongoing parent-student interaction.
- Preparing student reports and conducting parent-teacher meetings.
- Designing class props, managing curriculum delivery, and ensuring quality control.
- Assisting the Director in the day-to-day management of academic operations.
- Supporting new initiatives, team training, and business expansion activities.
- Driving the growth of the school by aligning with its vision, mission, and SOPs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts is mandatory.
- A Master’s degree in Fine Arts is required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Head of Department experience in Fine Arts.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of Fine Arts teaching experience.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience (as HOD or equivalent).
- Prior experience with IGCSE, IB, or MYP curriculum is highly desirable.
- Other Requirements:
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Must be able to share a Fine Arts portfolio during application.
- Experience with curriculum planning and team supervision.
