Job Overview
- Position: Asst. Manager / Manager / Sr. Executive-Sales
- Company: Consultivo Business Solutions Pvt Ltd
- Location: Kolkata (Office-based); WFH available for Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai; NCR last preference
- Experience Required: 5–10 years in B2B Sales
- Salary: ₹500,000–₹800,000 per year (Negotiable for the right candidate)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Travel: 3–5 days/month (Light Travel Required)
- Industry: Consulting, Training, Certification, ESG, Safety, HR & Corporate Services
Job Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, including inquiry handling, proposal preparation, pitch deck creation, and structured follow-ups.
- Work on quotation preparation, vendor registration, and order finalization.
- Achieve conversion targets (inquiry to order) consistently.
- Collaborate with internal teams for solution-based sales pitching.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use CRM/ERP tools to manage leads and track performance.
- Represent the company in corporate meetings, presentations, and business events.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Commerce.
- MBA/Management qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience:
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in B2B Sales.
- Preferred industries: Consulting, Auditing, Certification, and Training.
- Location: Kolkata-based candidates preferred; WFH allowed for select metro cities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and client handling.
- Excellent English communication skills—verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP tools.
- Analytical ability and structured problem-solving skills.
- Client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Project management and teamwork abilities.
Salary
- Annual Package: ₹500,000 – ₹800,000
- CTC: Negotiable for exceptional candidates
- Performance-Based Incentives may be offered
