Job Overview
- Position: International BPO Executive (Customer Support & Lead Generation)
- Company: Teleminds Infotech Pvt Ltd
- Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata, West Bengal (Near RDB Cinema)
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Performance-based incentives up to ₹35,000)
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Shift: Morning Shift (Fixed)
- Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday – 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Saturday – 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Handle lead generation and customer support for international clients.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls for the Australian Market – Energy, Insurance & Telecom sectors.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
- Maintain professional communication standards with clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and contribute to company growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or higher qualification.
- Experience: At least 6 months of International BPO experience (preferred).
- Language: Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Location: Must be open to working from Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata.

- Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
- Strong customer service & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle technical support queries.
- Confident personality with good listening skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Salary
- Base Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month.
- Performance Bonus/Incentives: Up to ₹35,000 per month.
