Job Responsibilities
- As an Inbound Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing world-class technical support to international customers. Your role includes:
- Handling inbound calls from customers facing technical issues with printers, routers, broadband, antivirus, computers, and software.
- Diagnosing technical problems and recommending effective solutions.
- Guiding customers in resolving issues related to Mac, iPhone, iPad, Windows systems, and email accounts.
- Offering and selling technical support plans and relevant software packages to customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and prompt solutions.
- Maintaining call records, reporting customer feedback, and assisting in continuous service improvements.
- Staying updated with the latest IT trends and troubleshooting techniques.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates applying for this role must meet the following eligibility conditions:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
- Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in Outbound Tech Support is mandatory.
- Age Limit: 18 years and above.
- Work Authorization: Candidate must be legally eligible to work in India.
- Communication: Strong fluency in English (written and spoken).
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, routers, broadband connectivity, and antivirus software.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues like blue screen errors, pop-up alerts, and connectivity failures.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills to handle international clients.
- Ability to work independently and close inbound support calls successfully.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the capability to pitch and sell support plans.
- Willingness to work night shifts (US shift).
Salary
- Fixed Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (credited directly to the bank account on the 1st of every month).
- Additional Incentives: Daily, monthly, and spot incentives for performance.
