Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Milkon Dairy’s products across assigned districts in West Bengal.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers about product benefits.
- Track competitor activities and monitor market trends to improve sales strategies.
- Collect market feedback and share timely reports with the management team.
- Ensure product availability, timely payments, and proper stock management across distribution channels.
- Travel regularly across assigned districts to strengthen retail penetration.
- Represent Milkon Dairy as a brand ambassador, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification – A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
- Experience—Prior experience in sales (preferably in the dairy, FMCG, or food & beverage industry) is preferred. Freshers with strong enthusiasm for sales are also welcome.
- Driving Requirement – A valid driving license and two-wheeler are mandatory since the role involves regular travel across districts.
- Skills – Candidates should have strong communication, marketing, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Work Location Flexibility—Must be willing to travel extensively across Kolkata, Medinipur, Bardhaman, Birbhum, Howrah, Hooghly, and 24 Parganas.
- Other Requirements—Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and passion for customer service.
Required Skills
- Sales and marketing expertise (field sales experience is an advantage).
- Ability to conduct product demos and engage with customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local market and distribution network.

Salary
- Base Pay: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).
