Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account-related services.
- Promote and cross-sell SBI’s financial products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment services.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and support branch operations.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, bank policies, and security norms.
- Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales and service targets.
- Support branch staff in daily operations and contribute to overall branch performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification—Candidates must hold a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
- Age Limit – Minimum age 20 years and maximum age 28 years (relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per government norms).
- Nationality – Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- Experience—Fresh graduates are eligible. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or banking will be an added advantage.
- Language Proficiency – Candidates should be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the local language of the state/UT for which they apply.

Salary
- Basic Pay: As per the SBI Clerk pay scale (Approx. ₹19,900/- per month).
- Gross Salary (including allowances): ₹26,000 – ₹30,000 per month (approx., varies by location).
