Job Overview
BestTech Manufacturing Company is looking for a talented and motivated Sales Engineer to join its Kolkata branch. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for Diploma Mechanical Engineers with 2–5 years of industrial sales experience, particularly in CNC machines.
The Sales Engineer role involves a balance of technical expertise and sales skills. You will be responsible for generating sales leads, understanding customer requirements, providing solutions, and ensuring sales targets are met.

Job Responsibilities
- Sales Enquiry Generation
- Identify potential customers in the manufacturing and engineering sector.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and direct engagement.
- Customer Requirement Analysis
- Understand the technical needs of clients related to CNC machines and industrial equipment.
- Suggest the right solutions and products that fit their requirements.
- Quotations & Follow-Ups
- Prepare and submit quotations for client approval.
- Consistently follow up on quotations to convert them into confirmed sales.
- Product Awareness Creation
- Educate customers about CNC machines and BestTech’s product portfolio.
- Conduct presentations and product demos when required.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts based on market demand and pipeline.
- Submit timely reports to management.
- Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maximize earning potential through performance-linked incentives.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this Sales Engineer position, candidates must meet the following:
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2–5 years in industrial sales / CNC machine sales.
