Job Responsibilities
- Financial Record Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate reports to support management in decision-making.
- Audit & Compliance Support
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and accounting regulations.
- Taxation & Accounting Functions
- Help in filing tax returns and handling GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations.
- Support in preparing balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.
- Coordination with Finance Team
- Work closely with other members of the finance team for smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with auditors and external financial consultants when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Licenses: Chartered Accountant (CA) license preferred/required for certain responsibilities.
- Experience: Up to 3 years of experience, including internships in CA firms. Freshers are also welcome.
- Language: English proficiency is mandatory for communication and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles & Standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Familiarity with taxation, auditing, GST, and TDS.
