Job Overview
The company is seeking a Design Engineer (Mechanical) with expertise in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and compressor parts design. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of industry experience in mechanical design, especially in reciprocating compressors.
This role offers a chance to work in the core design and R&D team, creating detailed 2D/3D designs, conducting simulations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. It is a full-time role based in Lalbazar, Kolkata, with a starting salary of ₹25,000 per month.

Job Responsibilities
- Compressor Parts Design
- Design and develop parts for reciprocating compressors.
- Ensure precision, durability, and functionality in all designs.
- 2D & 3D Mechanical Drawings
- Create detailed 2D and 3D designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Translate technical concepts into accurate drawings and blueprints.
- Collaboration with Teams
- Work closely with the R&D and production teams to optimize product designs.
- Ensure smooth handover of design concepts for manufacturing.
- Design Analysis & Validation
- Perform simulations, stress analysis, and component validation.
- Ensure all designs meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Compliance & Quality
- Adhere to quality assurance protocols and engineering standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in product design.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). Diploma candidates with proven expertise may also be considered.
- Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience in the compressor industry (preferred).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in compressor parts and assemblies, preferably reciprocating compressors.
