Job Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
- Conducting routine inspections of equipment and identifying potential issues.
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and HVAC failures.
- Managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborating with the facility manager and production teams to minimize disruptions.
- Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly energy consumption reports.
- Monitoring and supervising shift engineers and allocated works.
- Handling tenant bills such as electricity, CAM charges, and water bills in coordination with facility management.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in maintenance, HVAC, or facility operations.
- Language: English (Required).
- Age Limit: Below 40 years preferred.

- Shift Management – Ability to manage shifts and allocate duties effectively.
- Schematics & PLC Knowledge—Understanding of electrical schematics and programmable logic controllers.
- Troubleshooting—Quick problem-solving for equipment breakdowns.
- HVAC & Electrical Expertise – Hands-on knowledge of heating, ventilation, and electrical systems.
- Budget & Inventory Management – Tracking costs and ensuring spare parts availability.
- Coordination Skills – Ability to collaborate with facility teams, tenants, and government departments.
