- Salary Range: ₹114,508.51–₹280,200.97 per year
- Work Mode: In-person (with flexible schedule & WFH option for certain tasks)
Job Responsibilities
- Client & Project Coordination – Work closely with clients and on-ground project coordinators.
- Content Ideation & Proposal Writing – Support project ideation, creative strategies, and proposal development.
- Training—Conduct training sessions for Kathakars and local coordinators.
- Weekly Content Planning—Provide creative guidance and regular feedback to Kathakars.
- Video Production & Editing – Curate raw footage, supervise post-production, and edit short-form content.
- Social Media Strategy – Plan and ideate for engaging social media content.
- New Media Initiatives—Explore and oversee new media execution projects.
- Representation—Represent the company at events, forums, and external engagements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Up to 2 years of professional experience in video production and editing.
- Familiarity with content ideation and execution.
- Ability to multitask between creative and research responsibilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Creativity in cinematography and visual storytelling.
- Strong sense of content aesthetics and editing flow.
- Knowledge of social media content trends.
- Teamwork, adaptability, and innovative thinking.
Salary
- Minimum Pay: ₹114,508.51 per year
- Maximum Pay: ₹280,200.97 per year
- Final salary depends on skills, portfolio, and experience.
