Job Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels.
- Assess customer needs and determine their suitability for the company’s products.
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations
- Conduct online presentations and product demos.
- Communicate product benefits and value propositions clearly.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Handle objections, and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective closures.
- Relationship Management
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Manage upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
- Track pipeline progress and sales activities.
- Team Collaboration
- Work with marketing and customer service teams.
- Share insights to improve lead quality and conversion.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass/High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
- Technical Qualification: Mechanical/CNC-related coursework (preferred)
- Experience: 1–2 years of manufacturing or CNC operating experience
- Age Limit: As per company norms
Required Skills
- Strong command of English & Hindi (oral and written).
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience in inside sales, product demos, and CRM management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (tiles, flooring, cement, paints, and TMT preferred).
- Proficiency in handling social media marketing & lead generation.
- Ability to work under targets with a customer-focused approach.
- Well-presentable, confident, and proactive personality.
Salary
- Minimum Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Maximum Salary: ₹30,000 per month
- Final package depends on experience & skills
