Job Responsibilities
- Planning & Scheduling – Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
- Team Management – Supervise, motivate, and guide production staff while monitoring performance and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Process Optimization – Analyze production processes, reduce downtime, minimize waste, and boost efficiency.
- Quality Control – Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with regulations through strict monitoring.
- Resource & Inventory Management – Efficiently manage raw materials, machinery, and labor while controlling stock levels.
- Health & Safety – Enforce safety protocols, train staff, and ensure compliance with workplace regulations.
- Troubleshooting – Resolve production issues, machine breakdowns, and workflow disruptions promptly.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience – Minimum 5 years in a production management role.
- Age Limit – 35–45 years.
- Core Skill – Proven track record in labor controlling is mandatory.
- Industry Knowledge – Prior exposure to factory/manufacturing environment required.
