- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in mechanical production or factory management
- Salary Range: ₹40,000–₹60,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Production & Operations
- Manage and monitor daily mechanical factory operations.
- Plan production schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
- Ensure all mechanical assemblies comply with company and industry standards.
- Team Management
- Lead supervisors, technicians, and production staff.
- Assign roles, provide training, and monitor team performance.
- Build a motivated and safety-conscious workforce.
- Maintenance & Equipment
- Oversee servicing, calibration, and maintenance of machinery.
- Schedule preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team for fast troubleshooting.
- Quality Assurance
- Implement quality control measures across all production stages.
- Address product defects or machine issues with corrective actions.
- Work with QA teams to meet ISO and regulatory standards.
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
- Promote a zero-incident workplace culture.
- Inventory & Resource Management
- Monitor material usage and optimize stock management.
- Collaborate with procurement for timely availability of raw materials.
- Reduce waste and optimize production costs.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of production KPIs, machinery logs, and maintenance schedules.
- Prepare reports on factory performance, efficiency, and downtime.
- Support strategic planning and budgeting for future operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering (or related).
- Experience – At least 3 years in factory or mechanical production management.
Required Skills
- Technical Expertise – Strong understanding of mechanical systems and production machinery.
- Leadership Abilities—Proven skills in team management and supervision.
- Software Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP/MRP manufacturing software.
- Problem-Solving – Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve factory-related challenges.
- Organizational Skills—Strong planning and process optimization capabilities.
