- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Experience Required: 2–5 years preferred (Manufacturing Quality/Inspection)
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities
- Inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished valves.
- Reading and interpreting technical/engineering drawings for dimensional checks.
- Monitoring machining, assembly, and testing processes.
- Conducting root cause analysis for defects and implementing preventive measures.
- Maintaining accurate inspection records and reports.
- Assisting in internal and external quality audits.
- Collaborating with the production and design teams to resolve quality issues.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in quality inspection (preferably in manufacturing/valves).
- Knowledge of machining processes, casting inspection, and measuring tools.
- Additional Requirements:
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP and AI tools (preferred).
- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Howrah, West Bengal.
