Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide guidance and counseling on company policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Design and execute effective onboarding and induction programs.
- Create training and development modules to upskill employees.
- Support performance management systems.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance issues with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and compliance documentation.
- Review employment practices to ensure legal compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- Experience: Freshers can apply; 1 year of HR-related work experience is preferred.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, benefits, training).
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS systems (added advantage).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Salary
- Minimum Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Maximum Salary: ₹35,000 per month
