- Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹36,544 per month (plus performance-based incentives)
- Shift: Day Shift / Morning Shift / Fixed Shift, Weekend Availability
- Contract: Internship (3 months) + Permanent Opportunity
Job Responsibilities
- Identifying and generating new business leads through market research.
- Building strong client relationships through presentations and follow-ups.
- Preparing reports, proposals, and strategies for business growth.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and tracking progress.
- Collaborating with the marketing and operations team for better client engagement.
- Using tools like Microsoft Excel and other CRM systems for data management.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets for sales and conversions.
- Representing the company in a professional manner to clients and prospects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred).
- Experience: Freshers can apply. Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus.
- Work Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Salt Lake or Kolkata.
- Commitment: Full-time role with fixed and weekend shifts.

Salary
